UPDATE: Robert Cole, a Bossier City man accused of killing two people and an unborn child, pled guilty to two murders May 27, 2008.. but not for Michael Pierce's murder. He will spend life behind bars for killing his pregnant wife Theresa Cole. The DA says even though Cole will spend life behind bars he's not out of the woods yet for the murder of Christopher Pierce.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Irish, Judy, Leslie and the entire family.
"Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted." -- Matthew 5:4
"He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." -- Revelation 21:4
Yes amen. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that you send your tax-free donation to one of the Missing Persons organizations listed on his website that have have demonstrated much love, support and kindness to Michael's family during the 4 1/2 years that Michael was missing.
A Bossier City man already in custody for the slaying of his wife and unborn child now has been charged with another murder, the Bossier Parish sheriff's office said on January 16, 2008.
Robert Ernest Cole, 32, has been charged with the killing of Christopher Michael Pierce of Shreveport, whose Jeep Comanche was pulled from the Red River in early December.
Investigators said Terresa feared her husband because of her knowledge of the earlier crime and that she was murdered to silence her.
It is with great sadness that I need to report on behalf of Christopher Michael Pierce's family that they found his 1988 Jeep
pickup truck around 12:45 p.m. December 6, 2007 in the Red River in Bossier City, La. As we learn more we will update. Please keep the family in your prayers during this time of uncertainty.
Thank you for keeping up with this Rev Barry. We cannot afford a private investigator, or give reward money ourselves. We feel that we must get media attention & know that your continued involvement through YouTube is a mighty platform. Anyone reading this please help us with advice or anything. Irish and Judy, grandparents of Christopher Michael Pierce.
You should post newer pictures and not so many as a child. I did see someone a few months ago that looked similar but it's really had to tell. The reason I remember him is he had those big black things in his ear lobbs, you know the ones that deform your natural ear and make your lobbs hugh. Anyway I still have that image in my mind. It was at Wal-Mart in Joplin, MO. Real big guy, about the same age, but this guy didn't look lost.
Thank you for your comment, will pass on to family.
There are some newer pictures on the family' MySpace page called "Missing Michael" . (just google that, it will come up.)
Also the YouTube account with the name "themissingproject" did an updated video called: Christopher Michael Pierce - Missing from Bossier City, LA. (see related links to the right)
Thank you for sharing this with us. If you see him again please let us know and/or call the "Cue Center" for the missing at 910-232-1687. Irish and Judy, grandparents of Christopher Michael Pierce.
The Carole Sund/Carrington Foundation, which helps families find missing persons, is offering a $5,000 reward for information that will help police find Christopher Michael Pierce of Shreveport, according to Bossier City spokesman Mark Natale.
Pierce last was seen May 19, 2003, leaving Taco Bell in the 4100 block of Barksdale Boulevard in Bossier City. He was 18 at the time and would be 22 now.

The fact is Cole will in reality never go to trial for the death of Michael Pierce. Just an easy way for them to clear a case
