THeres a few exceptions to taht in the bible so i cna't speak for every single murder but the intent of your heart is what makes things right or wrong. and there is a hell buddy. not tryin to scare ya but I've heard of this guy who died and went to hell, but he heard the voice of God saying to the devil "You cannot have this one he belongs to me."
