I bet you've seen clips of this presentation video on Youtube (and several other North Korean productions featuring the same comical sounding narrator) already, must be a bit surreal sitting there and watching it 'for real'.
Thanks for posting such an extended clip of it, I've only seen bits and pieces in other videos.
