If you want to see the awesome power of the Incisor Sniper RIfle, I would recommend giving it to Garrus, in the hands of your squadmates.

The Collector Particle Beam is actually not a very good weapon, I would recommend switching to another heavy weapon.

Also, remember that Miranda's Warp does extra damage to armor, the same with Shepard and Mordin's Incernerate.
