yes my father is a professional drummer ,those electronic drumms sound really bad but he have an acoustic ,now i have a pedal and my guitar sound is very better
Use power chords on the intro when you're using just a guitar. With no bass or rhythm guitar it's sounds really weak. Maybe try turning the gain up and distort it too. It doesn't have to be saturated just beef it up a bit.
this was one of the first songs i learned to play with my band in '86. we pretty much sounded like that, that's great, keep on going, don't ever let anyone tell you you're not good.
your pretty good for 6 months but i'll give you some advice if you dont mind :) hold the plectrum closer to the end of it and get a better amp or use more distortion :) im not being horrible :)
