The reason he isn't getting shocked by the electricity, is because the current travels down his hand, BESIDE his heart, through his leg, and reaches the ground, where the electricity is let free, and open so much it looses it's lethality. The reason why it goes beside his heart instead of through, is because instead of the current going in his body, it goes through the metal suit he wears.
