Excellent. I would like to see the guys on the other side of the aisle try to use a Jefferson quote to support their view.
The Federal government has no business regulating flavorings of tobacco products. Honestly, even areas of food safety (which this is not) aren't justified for federal regulation and should probably be left to the states.
