Seems like the autoplay function has stopped again though, I guess it was too good to be true, as I liked it, personally.. Never mind, but at least it shows it's possible.. maybe one day it'll be for all of us! :)
Oh, well then, I hope they change it some day. It seems that it would be a simple thing for all of us to have the option.
My memory card question is answered now. i was hoping something wasn't wrong with my camera. I have all my stuff on an external hard drive. I keep just about everything. I have tons of footage I've never even used. I could stop recording now and make videos for the next year. Ha ha!
Nope. I said it right after that child said what she said about the cage smelling (I couldn't detect any smell that bad but whatever). I edit to add it to the ending when the goat was walking away. I had the worst time with memory cards though. After so long, do they not hold as much or something? Do you know? It seems like it doesn't take any time for me to use them up now, but they're both over a year old.
Yes, I have noticed the same thing, it seems like they store a bit less after each use and deletion.. which I suppose makes sense in a way.. Mind you, I tend to keep most cards as memory banks now, very seldom deleting what's on them once they're full.. I buy quite a few at a time, when on offer.. :)
Yes, I know you meant goats, really.. :) I've never tried goats milk, only goats cheese, many years ago. Not too keen on it then, but I guess I should give it another go.. after all, I eat a lot of stuff now, that I didn't back then.. :) (and stuff I loved back then, I can't stand now)
I know some children have a hard time with cow's milk. I don't think I've ever had goat's milk, but I've used it to make soap before. I have overgrown areas in my yard, that's for sure! :)
I fell in love with that camel! I had to go back, because I'd left behind an attachment to my tripod, and got a bit more footage while I was there. I'll work it into some future video. I just don't know when. I never know what's going to happen next! Ha ha!
Awe the babies are so cute... I really like the white one... Haha that goats beard was awesome! And then the lion king was rejected by the lion queen... priceless
Hiya Bianca! *smiles and waves atcha* Oh yeah, that little white goat was so precious! I wanted to stay with them a bit longer, but I was worried about my camera batteries and memory card. I wasn't truly prepared that day.
I got as much diverse footage as possible, much to "his majesty's: dismay. I'm sure he would have preferred that I not see him in the process of being "dethroned." And now the whole world knows! LOL
"I just gotta get away from this cage - it STINKS!"" Hahaha Best line of the show! XD "Please don't feed fingers to the animals" was also a good one :-) Great shots - thanks for the show!
Last time I visited a place like that, my niece got spit on by a Llama (and it was a LOT of chunky yucketry). It was truly nasty. Besides that, all the animals were trying to mate outside their own species. it was crazy and difficult to explain to the eight-years olds in attendance.
Hey NTF! Llamas and roosters and pigs, oh my! Ha ha! My birdwatching background makes me think of the Vulture and his lovely self defense mechanism. They play dead, but not until they've projectile-vomited the contents of their crop and stomach, a truly odoriferous experience. Yikes! I don't know what we'd do without them, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get their attention. LOL
You're such a sweetheart. I think you're a great Utuber too! Youtuber. Ewetuber. Thanks for the fav! :)
No, she didn't spit at me. The woman with the child said that. I didn't see it, but I thought it was funny that it said on the sign that they don't usually spit on people.
I absolutely LOVE Lambs. Ohhh I always wanted my Papaw to get some when I was a little girl but he never would. :( They are the sweetest little things!!! haha Can you tell I love them? I love goats too hehe Actually, all farm animals I adore but the Lamb's probably top my list! hehe I love how you do your videos. :)
Emily, I will tell them! They're not far from me, and I'm sure I'll visit from time to time. In fact, I really have to go today, because I left a component to my tripod behind. I'm just glad they found it and kept it for me.
Thanks for the compliment. I love editing, although some projects are more difficult than others. This one was fairly easy. :)
Ha ha! That's right, CP. I never stop to think that kids may not understand references like that. I use them all the time, too. They probably never know what I'm talking about! :)
Being around animals can be so comforting. It really shows through your video. I'm not going to zoos anymore, their prison nature just brings me down, despite/because I love them creatures.
I did, DC, from another commenter. It's a shame, but it's an introduced species. That always seems to be a sad problem. I know there's been quite a debate about the best way to humanely cope with the growing population. Yeah! The FAB can handle it! :)
She made me laugh. I tell you though, it smelled fine to me. I think she just isn't used to animal smells.
I'm sorry! I tried! I'm going back tomorrow to get more footage. Maybe they will be more compliant then. And lemurs! They have lemurs too, so maybe we can get something going with that. :D
It's always the places that are off the beaten path that are the little hidden treasures. I've been living here in Texas for 43yrs. I was reading my local newspaper a couple of months ago, I came across a story on a hidden treasure 3 hours away from here called Sitting Bull Falls. Very few people have heard of it. We went this summer and it is spectacular. Wish I would have known about it sooner. The drive was beautiful. I'm glad you shared this little hidden treasure with us. :) squince
Squince, I thought I would never find this place! I had decided that, if I couldn't find it after one more pass, I was going to head for home. I'm glad because now that camel is my new friend. :)
Heya Randy! I had a good time. I left the little gadget that attaches my camera to my tripod behind though. I'm annoyed about that, and I hope they have a lost and found box.
Not odd. I would prefer to see them as they are in nature, to be honest. I just can't get to the places where many of the animals are found. And I haven't seen a lion in my back yard lately. :D
You're very welcome, dear Becky (*smile*)! I'll go back! My memory card was full, so I didn't get it all. They had the most adorable lemurs, too. I wanted footage, but ... no more memory! I was so frustrated!
I'm in love! I'll go back again. My memory cards were almost full when I went, so I missed some animals. Unfortunately, I also left the gadget that attaches my camera to my tripod. Without it, I can't use my tripod, so I'm hoping they have a lost and found!!!
Yup, those frisky lions. I wasn't sure whether I should use that footage, but it's nature! The birds and the bees, you know! :D
Hi Daved! I'm happy if I can make you happy for a couple of minutes in this sometimes confusing world. Usually though, my editing just confuses people more. LOL
I'll have to look for that news. Camels are an introduced species there, and that never seems to be a useful scenario in the end. I don't know much about this specific issue, but I'll read into it to learn more. Reporters should exercise caution when choosing their verbiage, though.
