I have a question for you, did you have irregular periods when you were younger? I have since I was 15 and I have had cysts on my ovaries several times, which I was put on BC for. Ive been off BC since august 08', I was put on it august 07'. Since sept. 08' we have been TCC, and so far no luck. Just wanted to know if you ever been on BC and did it effect you for a long time with infertility?

I had the same problem (almost) I was put on BC when I was 14 for acne and although it worked I took it for 4 years and took me 3.5 years to concieve! I hope that everything has worked out concidering this was posted 5 months ago! but if not do not lose hope! it will happen

sorry to hear you're sick. i took zithromax with my youngest 2. i always end up with ear infections, sinus infections and bronchitis when im pregnant. knock on wood i haven't gotten sick yet and im almost 22 weeks. im sure it doesn't hurt the baby when you sneeze or cough, it might startle them for a second though. hope you feel better soon!

I've heard that taking cranberry extract can help with preventing UTIs...you can buy it at walmart in the vitamin section for under $10.

You are so lucky to look so pregnant at 18 weeks. I was 28 weeks at new years and everyone swore that I wasn't pregnant! I didn't pop out til the last month and he ended up being 9 lbs. at 37 weeks! We are contemplating having another though, but can't decide. Probably would have been easier like you did it, so close to together because now he's 2 and soooo active, he's like 10 kids rolled into one. We love him to death though, he's just VERY active :)

I have some advice for you, if you want it. All the antibiotics that you are on is weekending your immune system. Antibiotics kills the bad, as well as the good biotics in your body, this is why you are getting sick all the time. I was going trough just what you are now, but I was not PG at the time. Please get some really good acidophilus, or eat A LOT of yogurt, this will help a lot.

Thanks. I am doing the whole yogurt thing already. It's something that I can share w/ my child. She loves to eat what ever I am eating (which isn't always a good thing, or is possible) so here recently we have done a lot of yogurt together. My midwife suggested some probiotics as well.

The Zithromax is really good. Anytime someone in my family has taken it we feel much better within a couple of days. So, good luck I hope it makes you feel much better as soon as possible. I know how hard it is to take care of a little one and be sick too. We have the double stroller by Graco and it's awesome, you guys will love it. I love your your baby bump, you have the best pregnant body! I don't know how you do it. oh and I don't think it's possible for you to look fat pregnant or not!

YOU ALWAYS ALWAYS ALLLLLLWAYS have to eat a LOT of yougurt when your are on antibiotics, otherwise you WILL get a yeast infection

First of all, congrats on the news of the boy. I just found out Dec 30th that we are having a girl and we are very excited. I am 18w and my due date is 6-4-08, as of now. Your belly is so cute. Unfortunately, I haven't been lucky enough to miss getting stretch marks. I have them already and I haven't gained but about 6 pounds. I guess my skin just doesn't stretch! Oh well, small price to pay for bringing my baby into the world! Feel better soon. I know it sucks being sick & pregnant.

Your baby boy bump is growing all the time. You seem to have changed shape a little. Glad you got your antibiotics sorted and that your feeling better. You should try drinking cranberry juice to help keep those UTI's away. Hope you feel better soon and start to glow!!! Also I hated that about Maternity clothes that they are all spandex and elastic they felt gross and made you look bigger.

OK first of all I am so sorry your sick :( I just love how your belly is progressing its so adorable you are lucky that your body handles pregnancy so well. I am almost 26 weeks now and actually still looking pretty good to me anyways :) no stretch marks for me yet either and about 17 lbs total weight gain. anywho lookin good! congrats again. p.s I keep seeing people commenting you saying how "young" you are how rude right? I am 21 and perfectly capable of raising a child. Go young mommys!!
