Gee, I didn't know the governor in Florida could raise taxes all by HIMSELF. In most states, they have a bunch of people called legislators who actually write laws. The Governor merely signs them. Of course, we know Florida is a world unto itself.

Well, anyone can throw rocks at almost anything a politician does by saying 'he's just running for office.' well, of course--that's what he does for a living. But it's his (her) choice to run on a platform of informed public policy, or 'populist' (so to speak) pandering to the lowest common denominator.

let's be glad these guys are trying hard to study the issue and apply what they learn.

give me a break, charlie crist is in favor of anything that will get him elected to the senate, he won;t fool floridians again in voting for him. NOW HE IS RUNNING AROUND FLORIDA EVERYTIME A TREE FALLS, TRYING TO SHOW HE CARES. THIS GUY IS THE BIGGEST FAKE, he raised our taxes in bad times,and now he wants to be senator , I DON'T THINK SO.
