Thanks, very helpful! I didn't have the Torx T6 so I also just hacked my way through the casing until I could get to the inner portion.  It takes a while but it can be done.

Then I stacked a few thin Lego strips under the drive in the Slim cavity, it's perfectly snug!

A little tip you can put a little plastic tab or strong fabric that you can fold and tape it to the top or bottom of the drive (safer on the top) use gorella tape so it is not easy to tear and you can easily remove it. however I am uncertaian how big of a HDD you can put inside. Most LAPTOP type or S/ATA types should work. Now what would be cool if you can put a SSD drive in there. Transfer times are much quicker. Anyone know if you can have a larger drive than the 250? Like a 750GB SATA?

@zLyd3R No, because you are not modifiying (aka making it where you can cheat in games or install burns) You will however void the warranty. They do not care about the HDD. Banning is mainly cheaters, JTAGers, Modifiers *to allow burned games* basically as long as you dont have those abilities I do not see anything within the ToS that states you cannot use a personal HDD. But if I was you I would wait till the warrenty is out before putting the drive on. But do it at your own risk.

@MRSUPERWOODD It will not explode if you are careful when installing it. I would suggest if you know how to take the case apart for the S line and replace it with the new drive. You are better off having a person who knows computers and how to install SATA hdd. There are ways to protect it without the case. Example would but a folded piece of paper in each side since paper is not conductive. And put a piece of tape on the edge that faces you so it can be easily removed,
