Being a hermit living in a college dorm I'm gonna be honest, I'm an Easy Mac fan. I don't know if you've seen the Velveeta Shells version of Easy Mac (lacks cheese powder & comes with a saucy thinger) but they are my favoriteeeee!

But as I was making a bowl the other day I thought to myself "Any kind of cheese that lasts for months sitting in my closet & doesn't need to be refrigerated.....I don't want to think about this anymore." I then ate my meal & it was DELICIOUS.
