I have made these toasts pretty often recently, after i watched this video. I like to add some oniones to the cheese and ass cheese I use german Edamer.

Chef! my son is unwell and is not allowed chillies. So I made this cheese toast and replaced chillies with fine chopped capsicum. It was awesome! the lad loved it -- says a lot considering he has been rejecting all foods!
