Prowd Britain acted cowardly, and would not accept that offending Stalin is to be expected when doing the right thing. So Britain tip-toed around him, and disregarded the ones whos efforts- if not used in the Battle, would have lost the Battle of Britain. It was the grace of God that Britain survived the war- something many Britons also forget. I deffinatley do not curse Britain, but I get irritated by certain things.
A shameful act to exclude the Polish airmen from the victory parade. Also shameful for the British and US silence on Katyn Forest. Stalin really had the West wrapped around his little finger. Only now, with a free Poland are these stories getting the attention they deserve. The best days of the US and GB are behind it, Poland's best days are still ahead.

I dont know if it was all sqaudrons tactic but Poles used to strike frontally on german formations. It made some chaos. Those german bomb planes which were not destroyed or damaged often lost orientation because of that and had return home with full cargo.
