  • Hey hero, i can bench 10 plates mimicking the same ROM that you are doing. Why dont u take some plates off and do the exercise correctly so that your quads hit your chest. Check your ego at the door. You cant expect to post this garbage on youtube and not get chirped.

  • @meds613 Not aiming for the glutes and hams to kick in, I'm keeping that ROM for a reason. Back and Front squats I go full ROM. As I've said before, I go until I start feeling some slight pelvic tilt and call it good with that stance. Wider, however I'll bring my knees to my shoulders if I want more adductor/deep ham work.

  • this just in nobody, cares how much you can leg press at 1/4 rom

  • @form0011 Shouldn't have a problem with my form on squats then. Presses I save for going only as deep until some pelvic tilt occurs. Don't feel like blowing a L5/S1 disc. Thx for playin.
