A Year At Teen Challenge

teen challenge has become corrupt,its sad cause people are there to get help and not exploited this is not what dave wilkerson had in mind, its the money grubbers and the ones who have little to know regard for others, that is not the christian life god would want you to have,i was in that program, but after i saw what went on, i left,its ashame

Few make it through from Induction Center Entry and Training Center Graduation. It's a tough program. I went through it. If you can make it through this program You have an extremely good chance of making it through life as a Christian. They allow all the problems so that you can learn from their wise counsel how to make it and Mature in Christ. I thank God for this program,That I was able to go through it, and What it did in my life. I learned to Walk by Faith and Not by Sight.2 Corinthians 5:7

The only people that have bad things to say is people who didn't graduate the program. It's not about Teen Challenge, it's about Jesus!!!

Teen Challenge changed my life. It introduced me to Jesus who gave me hope, freedom.. life. I think its a great program.

My daughter finished TC in RI. The program can certainly use more staff training but if you can go through it and incorporate the ideas they give you it will help. As one person on here said it is not easy but neither is life. Please pray for those addicted and the families involved.

Dropping out was the biggest mistake. I was there for the induction then left.. When I was there i was at my healthiest and happiest. Trying to get back.

Teen Challenge sucks. I was there for a few weeks they try to scare you into believing that the Assembly of God people have it all figured out. They won't talk about problems or issues or addiction at all you are told to pray pray pray and God will solve your problems. Why should my Dad have to pay TC a thousand bucks for some crap I could hear in a church? google teen challenge exposed for the real story on these dumbasses

I went 2 TC in chicago and graduated at the christian life ranch in AZ. that was 2007 i now got my college degree and running my own business. God is good.

I just graduated Greater Piedmont Teen Challenge last night!! God is so good. Now I am going back as a staff member to lead the music program and teach. I also have had offers from several large church to lead their worship team.. So many good things have happened.. Praise be to God

But this video is showing the view that everything is good and ahppy and joyful. Show the hard times for the studetn and the difficult times those are the times that people need to learn how to work through it. TC is not easy all!!!! It is very difficult you must be strong minded;. People need to realize what they are doing and change their lives but videos like this will make them think twice cause its not all smiles and giggles

I graduated from Spokane TC in WA state. Oh yes, 15 pass vans, dead time, and thrift stores. Have some good memories now. These days I go to Northwest University and play basketball for 'em so God did a miracle in my life and gave everything back to me!!!

I went to Western MI TC twice. The first time I left the next day and the second time I stayed six months. Three years later, I still regret that I left! I went back to smoking cigaretts for a couple months and I used twice. I turned back to God and He delivered me once again. I am now living a clean, satisfying life for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who has set me "free indeed". I hope that you allow Him to set you free. I'll be praying for you.

I graduated in 17.5 from mntc...ugh..but it was well worth it...God really helped me overcome lots of stuff

i was there for 13 months in lithonia georgia. it sucks so bad. i cant even begin to list all the messed up horrible things that went on. but it turned out that the director of the program was stealing donated money that was given by churches. and they treated us like crap.

It is cultic, no doubt about it...I feel sorry for the folks who land in Ft. Myers Fl tc...UGH...Dennis and Sandy Cummings are the worst...all about MONEY!!

@flutterbye1954 Wow you must be back on the drugs because you have already forgotten the Cumming's name. It is not Dennis! TC Ft. Myers has saved my son's life. He has been there 6 months. It is definitely NOT CULTIC and they take all walks of life and economic background. They ask for VERY LITTLE money without even wanting proof of income. Residential in-patient charges about $1,000 per day!!! I bet your jail cell is cheap. I feel sorry for you.

@cantlockmeupforever I went through the Farm/Rehersburg,Pa. I stayed an extra year as an intern. 2 1/2 yrs. It was the most rewarding experience of my life. There were "things" going on, BUT, It was My responsibility to make it through-be victorious. Dis Jesus see a lot of "things" like that, and was treated like crap? Yes, and He MADE IT THROUGH....Until He could say;"IT IS FINISHED"...That was a place to prepare and become closer to God...No matter what...To Walk by Faith and Not by Sight!

I love how on fire and inspired people are after TC.
