He used a bizarre personality, style, and a ludicrous amount of blood to cover up the fact that he's an absolutely awful wrestler, a slob, and has no regard for the safety of his partner in the ring. He's a nut and a disgrace. Innovative for the time doesn't mean it's good wrestling in the long run. And even for the time his performance was bad because Simmons outclassed him BY FAR.

I don't know what kind of charm he has, but I don't see him too much more than a mid-carder. But then again, I am a old-school wrestling fan. he doesn't measure up with the true legends in the sport. His character caters to these fans that doesn't know what true wrestling is, and he is definitely not world championship material. he is an insult to people who have won world titles. He loves to draw attention to himself.

@Koolazzmike Brother Ive been watching the sport hardcore since 1981 when I was 5 years old. I grew up in Tennessee watching Memphis wrestling,Georgia and Nwa wrestling on TBS. WWF, AWA,World Class, you name it. You wanna talk about a old school fan then youre talking about me. Foley is different but thats his charm. Hes mellowed alot but you cant argue what he did in the 90's.

No, I never been a Brett Hart fan. He is way too self-centered, both in-character and as a person. I got into him more as a member of the Hart Foundation. He's coming back this Monday? Man, I haven't watched wrestling since 2002, so I don't know what's going on. Maybe I will tune in on Monday.
