@xRocketzFighterx I had a similar experience. It wasn't until emulators and roms that I got to Pass this game. Ofcourse it was not the same experience as it would have been on a Sega Master System with a decent Joystick, but it was nostalgic non the less.

I really miss playing on the Sega Master System and NES in real life at least you can get them legit/illegal on nintendo's Virtual console/emulators its not the best experience cause of no cartridges :P but its still good.

That mini boss at 9:14, I remember being able to attack him without those little bomb guys. You had to do that charge boost thingy, but you had to do it at an angle so that you hit him, and bounce right back up to the rope. Man I gotta dust off the old Genesis and play this again. This game was a huge part of my childhood. :P

I can actually do it faster. Rocket spinning does less damage then going up to it and straight up hitting it.

Hhaha yeah 13 years ago when i played this game it ws fakin hard and my bro tried it as well as far as we got to the SPace lvl, and well few years later we've managed to beat it :D I love it, great music n levels and yeah try fighting axel in the steel castle and especially the last boss :P

Well took me two or three tries to beat it for the first time there, was only hard to get to beat it in Normal mode (which is Hard in the version this guy is playing), but now I do it easily.

Guess all you need to win it is to find your strategy and get used to it. That fish got pretty easy with that.

Is there any trick to diving at an enemy and then spinning? I don't ever remember being able to do both. For me it was either dive attack, or spin in place.

Well after diving and bouncing off you spin all over the place. With good timing you get some invulnerability I think while spinning through the air.

Lots of things in this game remind me of Sonic games. Forst instance, the first boss of Sonic 3 is a lot like the boss that goes behind the waterfall (and the boss from the first level), plus they have giant pig (Robotnik) robots and a Death Star-type space station with a pig (Robotnik) face on it.

There is a speed run trick to kill the train's hands before it goes on the top rails repeat the same Buzzsaw technique when the nose is destroyed and if you keep on doing it quick enough his arms will go straight away.

Gasp, this game was friggin' hard when I played it back in my childhood! Never passed from the part where inside the fortress of the swine-men... the part with the countdown with the walking robot-swines which were INMUNE and killed you with a single touch T_T Awesome game, one of my favest from the SEGA Megadrive :)

Did you know that you could rocket boost into the flying flame boss? If you hit him you will be propelled back onto the thing you are hanging on. If you miss, there is always a one-up just before the fight.
