@mfgootcagfy Nope. If it were lighter than air it would be floating (neglecting the possibility it is held to the table with static electricity). It is much more likely that this is silica aerogel, which is in fact more dense than air.

@20vtmk1 Nope SEAgel is indead lighter than Aerogel, since it is filled with Helium, I think.
