The Noveske really isn't a flash hider. More of a muzzle blast diverter. It focuses the muzzle blast forward away from the shooter.

ARs weren't designed for such short barrels...even a 10" barrel is pushing the design a little bit. I understand that they still fire and function, but reliability generally goes down as the barrel length goes down. The whole platform was originally designed for a 20" barrel and the rifling had to be rethought when it was decided to start producing 14.5" carbines. I'm not hating on the video, though. That is a very nice rifle...just kinda putting my thoughts out there a bout the barrel length

Yeah that is either one shitty flash hider, or some really shitty ammo. Nice rifle though, I always thought about buying an Armalite M15 but they are restricted in canada and that means you Must use them at a range and I personally prefer my own little set-up so I rarely buy restricted firearms. Nice rifle, I notice yours is full-auto, is there any timing problems with a barrel that small? I heard that anything under 20" barrel will have timing issues with the AR-15 platform.

@pickinthatbanjo The KX3 is designed to do that. It creates a back pressure so the gun can cycle properly. If it didn't have one your probably gonna short stroke the gun more than you'd like.

I am familiar in bolt-actions and other Mil-Surps so the only real experience I have in semi-automatic weapon systems would be on the VZ-58 and the Simonov SKS and both have full length barrels. I have heard about problems that occur when using AR-15 SBR's and carbines though, something about the design being built around a 20" barrel and the shorter you go the more malfunctions become possible due to the distance of the gas port being altered.

I have a PWS Diablo and thats what this gun looks like. Front of device comes to a point like the CQB comp on a Diablo. I do know the CQB comp on the front of the Diablo puts out as much flame as my buddies LWRCI SRB with the pig though....both are cool
