Albie, the lie from Cindy about KC was afraid. Well, on the initial batch of 911 calls, the operater asked KC why didn't you call 31 days ago and KC said I've been looking for her. Not a word about being afraid or protecting the family.

4:25 PM - Casey tried to call her mother.

(This was the moment Casey made her decision, Cindy was IGNORING HER, she needed her to watch Caylee and she had no intention of losing anoother boyfriend to the situation.)

5:57 PM - There was no other communication from Anthony's cell phone until she made a call to Lazzaro's apartment at 5:57.

Two hours later, Anthony and Lazzaro were captured on surveillance video at a Blockbuster.

Cindy IGNORED Casey and thats why Caylee is DEAD!

If you look at the phone calls from the 16th of June you can see that casey tries to call Cindy to watch Caylee,

but CINDY IGNORES HER!

12:50 PM - The last time George Anthony (Casey's dad) saw Caylee alive. "Ten minutes to 1 (o'clock) that afternoon on the 16th is when I actually saw Casey and Caylee together -- both leaving with backpacks -- and my daughter said she was going to work, and she was taking Caylee to the nanny, to the babysitter," George Anthony has said.

Ya but, there are a slew of phone pings and sms from that time until 3pm that day. And finally pings at or near home at 3pm that day. Thasts no job! At work and texting friends etc the whole time and just a three hour shift....and that included dropping Caylee off, getting to work and back home by 3pm. Thats only a two hour shift...in fantasy. Plus her calls to G &C during that time to see if the house was empty. I question G's alibi also. I think he has his Mondays mixed up!

did anyone read the doc. that said k-7 k-9 k-5 were not on the duct tape ect. it did not exclude casey dit it?George cindy and lee were excluded.remember this is ayear or more away from trial they are not going tos show too much too soon they are not seeking the d penalty with peanuts

Exactly 4nick, KC was tested under a seperate test. We are yet to see. I suppose they will keep this as long as they possibly can. Thus Linda Baden getting so upset on the Today show (this AM May 4) about the results of the autopsy of Caylee not released yet. (however results on a snake) They are still doing test IMO Remember LP letting out the bomb shell KC's finger prints were on the duct tape? We have not seen her excluded yet.

Decomp in the Trunk, Caylee's DNA in the trunk with a death band on a hair, not reporting Caylee missing for 31 days, (and only reporting her then when Cindy calls 911) and No Zanny the Nanny Baby Sitter EVER. Not much more is needed IMO. Even if no one could locate the body it was there for months, had plants growing thru it.
