the images of vietnam are chilling. this is happening now to the muslims. i guess if the people are vietnamese or muslims, they don't matter to the utter garbage in power. paul, you should have put the numbers of these interviews in the title to enable us to more easily follow them in the proper sequence
the only thing more i could ask for is that there be some sort of numbering for these immensely thrilling interviews, kinda confusing, end up watching them out of order
Seeing those napalmed kids running down the road just makes me ill. I've been over there as a student and tourist, crawled in the Cu Chi tunnels; saw craters they adopted as swimming pools in the jungle. Our hobby of perpetual war is disgusting. And sadder still, is that many have to participate in it to comprehend just how horrific it is.
I've pretty much decided that the is no truth, justice, or anything else. Humans are just a bunch of animals with no purpose on earth except to kill the fuck out of everything.
The deep ecologists are right. Humans are merely a cancer on the earth. Fuck it, nothing matters very much, its all just bla bla bla. If you can find a little peace and prosperity thats good for you. Otherwise all this talk is moslty just a mouth moving.
@SMB388 And the Clintonites. I suspect that it was a direct result of a compromise between Obama's people and Clinton's, and maybe the Democratic Party, or not. Speculating... :)
Wilkerson is an exemplar of rugged honesty, a deeply committed and sincere man with a strong social conscience. We desperately need political leaders of his caliber.
Really great interview. It's so important to hear the views of men and women who have actually fought these bloody wars, especially when they call for an end to war altogether. Unfortunately, many veterans prefer to just forget about their days in the military. I honestly can't blame them.
@Devilock79 Too often pro-war advocates will pretend that all the anti-war people are just "hippies" and pot-smokers, what have you. The reality is that the most strident critics of war fought themselves, Smedley Butler, Howard Zinn... Larry Wilkerson.
I've heard that the reason(s) for going to Nam was a lie, true?

I`ve watched all 8 parts of this interview and i hope the Real news puts all the parts together into one.
It`s one of the best iv`e seen Paul Jay do.
We find out the truth about Bush , Cheney and much more.
This should be shared by everyone.

I really think that this man is true human being. His views on Israel and the American power shows that he is a true patriot.
Too bad the Obama has surrounded himself with people that are in the pocket of banks or in the pocket of the military industrial complex.

@SMB388 You're right. And Obama is just another corporate president pure and simple. This "don't vote for Nader,
it will just be a vote for McCain/Bush," has taken us no where fast.
