wow people dont seem to get what good singing is. she may have an ok voice but she doesn't have very good control. and i dont really think shes drunk, she just doesn't want to be judged

Not very good. The piano playing is fine, but the singing is really bad. It's quite a simple song that's enhanced by the lead vocal. If you strip that away (or do it badly, as in this particular case) you get a not so good song. I reckon you could do better. I love the Shins and their music, but didn't like this.
