This woman is not telling the truth when she says Prop 9 doesn't take any rights away from the parolees. It would take away a parolee's right to counsel at a revocation hearing. Read the proposition! This womand is ignorant of Valdivia v. Schwarzenegger and what rights Prop 9 would try to take away. What would granting "new" rights have to do with taking away the rights of others? Nothing! So why is it in Prop 9?! Vote "no" on 9!
