  • obviously you haven't had some of the best cheesecakes that are never made with graham cracker. Homemade dough is way better than graham cracker and you would get that from a real Italian.

  • I am a chef, handy hint about pastry, place a sheet of clingfilm over it before you roll it, then it will do whatever you wanbt it to, you can pick it up with the cling filmn under it and it will go wherever you want and wont break up at all, but will be as flexible as the clingfilm is

  • why did you just use a rollin pin to pick up the pastry or just used the cleanfilm, pick it up and put it over your tin (cleafilm side up) and you can shape it and remove the cleanfilm

  • Use the traditional 3 step graham / sugar / butter crust. People make things too complicated most of the time.

  • I hate too be a critic but,that is one of the worst tasting cheesecake crust one could use.I would use a vanilla cookie or almond nut crust dough on the bottom only.And butter the sides before filling or you'll be sorry

  • If you were an EXPERT, you could have rolled the dough between 2 Saran Plastic wrap.

    Peel bottom side and invert the rolled dough to the pan, then shape the dough before peeling the top wrap.

    Voila, no mess and fast!

  • Expertvillage clutters and takes up too much space at youtube. It seems everytime I search a video, dozens of expertvillage videos take up the first and second pages. Why can't they make quick, 9 min. or less video demos instead of making 6-8 seperate videos for the same demonstration?! Retards

  • The rice and foil were so unnecessary. I bake it in 190 degrees celsius for 10 minutes

  • I roll my dough between two pieces of wax paper and it comes off very easily.
