  • Whateer happened to Lost In Space?

  • i didn't go past it went on

  • It would be awesome if we could, somehow, travel to these alien places ourselves and see everything directly with our own eyes!

Last night I saw Neptune through my telescope for the first time! It was nothing but a pale blue dot, still the emotion of seeing the farthest planet in our solar system with my own eyes was enormous!

  • It's damn cold out there.

  • OSU QUE LENHO ETTA ! madreeee...

  • Excellent video, thanks for sharing!

  • this is awesome , going to post tribute to voyagers to this

  • when voyager 2 will come to pluto ?

  • Triton is my favorite moon! It's been known to be the coldest moon in Sol, and it's geologically active, with cryovolcanoes of liquid nitrogen. It has winds, yet the atmosphere is sparse. It's summer in the southern hemisphere now. It also has a retrograde orbit for the largest major moon. We need an orbiter to study Uranus and Neptune, like Cassini. It should come equipped with a probe. A balloon probe to float above the surface of Triton would be awesome! Triton is beautiful and so mysterious!

  • @sylvietou Thank you for the correction, and I have duly updated the description of this and the other Neptune animation. Congratulations on having produced such a wonderful visualization that helped to inspire my life-long interest in planetary exploration.

  • Aww Voyagers, we'll miss you :(

  • When aproaching and studying neptune, the probe is portrayed in real velocity? I mean, I f we was on board, this would be exactly what we would see?

  • Nereid orbits Neptune once every 26 years.

  • if only we got our shit together here on this planet, we could be out there! visiting those places, but nooo. we have to bail out banks, and start wars!

  • @cheomire I know, we're completely wasting our time on nothing, when we could really be doing, SOMETHING. We had such potential...

  • These computer animations seemed so exciting in the 1980's. I suppose they were state of the art at that time.

  • wonderful video and perfect music; voyager 2 was my youth's myth. it's sad to know that no more probes will meet again uranus, neptune and their amazing moons...

  • @Pastafreak4

    You are a scientific illiterate.

  • Well done. Informative and nice music.

  • literally.. it was amazing!!! and music perfectly matches it

  • Wow! That was really good.

  • It's by Queen: "Track 13" from the album "Made In Heaven"
