Wow amazing video, this is a really great Albert King Cover! So big and fat guitar tone and very smooth but powerful vocals, and absolutely amazing playing!
That would be really cool. I'm not sure how that happens. My friend Staffan had one of his vids featured in Italy and he got thousands of views overnight.
Hey Mark This takes me back to the music that started me off on guitar. Cream one of my favourites . Excellent version, great voice and great playing. Bloody excellent 5******
Man Mark....YOU DA MAN!! :-) Well, after my friend's car stopped running this Sunday and then when I went to pick him up at his mechanic's MY car died on the way there...I can totally relate to this song. If it wasn't for bad luck I'd would have no luck at all...
Love it! I especially like your bending and vibrato, but don't get me started on that Firebird. I haven't seen very many of them and based on this I can't understand why.
The reason you haven't seen many of them is because so few of them were made. Also, they have a tendency to break at the neck if dropped. This model is a '63 Firebird 3. There were only three or four hundred made if I remember correctly.
I did a little research and found out some of the numbers. There were around 2500 Firebird 3's made between '63 and '65. Not many in '63. There were less than 1000 FB 5's and less than 300 FB 7's during the same period.
Always loved this song ''Cream' did it and I loved them for it, instead of Albert King.Eventually credit went to the old 'masters',but did'nt the "Rolling Stones,Cream,Animals et al benefit doing old blues covers. If you did this in 1967,you would have possibly become 'world famous'.REAL GOOD MARK.**********
This is one of my favorites so far. Love the vocals. I'm going to have to have Jonas hear this, you know how he always wanted you to play Albert King. It's not Frosty, but the slower stuff is super cool too. I'm digging the bluesy vibe lately.
That was a brain fart, I knew that. Speaking of King's and Albert's, maybe you should post one from each. Only BB, Collins, and Lee left to go (Are there any others??). I agree, Frosty would be a cool little number.
dude ur amazing.... ur vocals are really good... sounds like an awesome mix of springsteen and albert king himself.... awesome stuff man....

"Frosty" is Albert Collins by the way. I know what you mean though. Albert's and King's....they're all great in my book.
Ah....Frosty. That may be one for the blues mood I've been in lately.
