i have blue eyes. theyre like electric blue and my pupils are really big so in a way my eyes are black with an intense blue ring around them. i like my eyes, but they look sort of weird when i use greens. but this is a really cool look :)

in this video I have used the matte one, I have also the shimmer one...shimmery shadows blend more easily..so yeah I would say the shimmer one is my fav..
