  • Is this dude below me actually talking shit about Rodgers when he clearly has all the tools to be better than the interception throwing machine.

  • MIchael Phelps.

  • god he must have a huge dick

  • @6969theperv I can see why your youtube name is 6969theperv

  • good god, what a dork

  • uhhh this is hard to listen to uhhh

  • my brother goes here

  • Butt college...LLMAOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

  • Hey Rodgers In 9 Years You'll Win A Super Bowl

  • What'd it'd be like to go back to that day, and tell Aaron that in 8 years, he'll be winning the 45th Superbowl with the Green Bay Packers.

  • hello discount double check.

  • I didnt know Brett Favre played there

  • too bad he didnt go to the nfl

  • how can so many teams overlook this guy? fuckin scouts are dumb af

  • @beniciahooper1992 No... their really not. They're actually pretty damn smart. It's not an easy job. Of course some guys are going to get overlooked. A lot of times players just develop late. Rodgers is a great example of that. He supposedly has a lot of flaws he has corrected since high school.

  • FU RODGERS!!!!

  • "and we hope to see you later in your career" haha uep super bowl champ and mvp now

  • did anyone else find it weird that his and favres # is 4 at this time

  • every recently good cal football player has turned out to be a good pro

    aaron rodgers,marshawn lynch,tony gonzalez,desean jackson,

  • @10feardabeard desean jackson is a joke

  • u no why??cuzz california the shit!!!!!

  • i love it "i hope to see you do good in your carrer" SUPER BOWN XLV mvp of year

  • lol he looks like napoleon dynamite

  • And further along in his career... Super Bowl XLV MVP.

  • @TheHolySC LMFAO on that one ... at least Brett got to 2 Bowls in a row Aaron could not even do that cause he is INACTIVE>>>>>>>>

  • @APRIL2719621 Lol Aaron's in his 20's yet dude. If he plays til he's 40 like Favre I'm 100% sure he will make it to back to back SB's and WIN both.

  • number 4.....wow

  • and now he's the best QB in the NFL.

  • @landymoss29 Tebow the best in league right now!!!

  • @rome71rome So did you develop brain damage? Or were you born with it?

  • @rome71rome Are you retarded. Please tell me.

  • Comment removed

  • who would've thunk that he'd be the #1 QB in the world ?:)

  • Nobody talks smack about someone who backs there game up. Great player.

  • Whoa! Holy shit! Awesome!

  • he went to BUTT U?

  • HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHHAHHA

  • Another product of California talent.......Just keeps on producing.

  • Comment removed

  • @seahawksfuckthe49rs Bitch the population is 37 million where the fuck did you get 120,000,000 stupidass seahawk fan 49er main bitch. I'm talking about produce talent not population wise if you argue about that then go to nfl forum and bitch on their. Also where is your running back marshawn lynch from oh yeah oakland california respect it mutherfucker. Fuck the seabitches...

  • @epatongan i meant 120,000. Typo. You're a fucking clown coward bitch. If a state has the most people in it it's obviously going to produce more talent. Niners are choking they are going to lose again tommorow.

  • @seahawksfuckthe49rs Niners are gonna sweep the division and your pussy self will be watching them in the playoff game. Please bitch just admit Cali produce good football players and aaron rodgers is a testament to it. Don't get all worked up about the truth what you say next is irrelevant since your seabitch fan.....

  • @epatongan producing quarterbacks... and... oh yeah quarterbacks

  • @NinjaPirate86....Quarterbacks is all you need in the nfl to make it in the playoffs. Don't be mad cali can produce better talent then your garbage state. Name a better quaterback combo from your state better then tom brady and aaron rogers.. Why all the hate on cali you guys are commenting on cali finest talent Aaron rodgers and i can name a whole bunch of good players that aren't quaterbacks from cali but NInjabitch86 is waste of time doing all that.

  • @epatongan I agree, awesome quarterbacks... but that's it. Look at the southeast, Georgia, LSU, Alabama and Florida that's where you find talent. That's why the SEC is doing so well. You forgot to bring up Matt Barkley too...

PS Quarterbacks are nothing without good receivers!

  • @NinjaPirate86 Mark Sanchez Matt Cassel, and Carson Palmer, also you said receivers cali produce plenty Desean Jackson, James Jones, and Tony Gonzalez. The whole Pac-12 is loaded with California talent and I'm talking about all 12 of them. Matt Barkley is better then who ever win this year Heisman. CaliforniaFTW

  • @epatongan Not to throw the book at you but

    espn . go .com / college - sports /football / recruiting / index

Check out the top 5 recruiting classes for the past 5 years, USC is in there a good bit but Florida, Georgia, Alabama and other Southeast states take the cake...

  • Comment removed

  • That doesn't mean squat until they reach the ultimate destination the NFL. You are right about the southeast state take cake for the top five classes but this past decade those players have come up short from all the hype since college to the NFL beside tebow. Miami produce better talent then all those southeast state combined. All I'm saying is yeah the SEC produce tons of talent I mean it expected since they can recruit more but the state of California produce better quality players.

  • I love how he isn't full of him self. He doesn't brag. He takes notice of EVERYONE on the team and points out the teams strengths not just his own. I remember when I thought (how the hell is this dude gonna follow up Bret favre!) and it turns out he is a hell of a lot better than favre!

  • You knew that this tall, gawky, bobble-headed doe-eyed kid would in 9 years be a studly Super Bowl champ. He's still down-to-earth and sweet, though.

  • foreshadowing

  • What a quinkidink the 4 is important to him

  • and to think not even ten years later he would be super bowl mvp

  • this cant be from 2002, underarmor wasnt around yet. his neck

  • @jjczfilms under armour has been around since the later 90s

  • @jjczfilms yes it was. it just wasn't as popular

  • i go to butte college and i've met him!! just thought i should rub that in

  • I can't believe that fucking nerd is currently the best quarterback in the NFL.

  • @haroof lmao!!! I agree.

  • Who would have expected Rodgers back then would turn out to be one of the greatest QB playing right now...Just to show that scouting has its downside too...

  • GO FAVRE!

  • title belt!

  • he's a good kid

  • I'm number four!

  • the irony of the number 4 is just killing me

  • @dallasboygomavs41 If find more irony in the teams name being the "Butte Bloodrunners"

  • @dallasboygomavs41 it just means that he's 3X better than favre lol

  • @danpark09 hahah i saw that on espn the lady had 3x4 on her barn.

  • @davedorger dude no shit he will have more rings, he's been in the league longer and has started way more than Rogers, your a fucking idiot Tom Brady is the prince charming of NFL he is a self centered pussy who cares about his hair ahaha and I can tell your those fans who brag about your team having rings when they're from over 15-20 years ago aha fag it's about the present dumb shit

  • @longshlongandre dude do you hear the shit you speak guy?? yes ARod is better than Brady right now but career wise its not even close. and hows he a pussy when he get hit by linebackers ever game but doesnt bitch to the media to change the rules about it?? he gets on his team like every other QB in the game. what you said is a fucking joke. brady will go to the hall of fame while youll probaby watch him and keep on hating. and his lastr ring isnt form 15-20 years ago due. you know nothing of

  • football kid

  • @davedorger dude i didnt say he is better than brady i just said him and brady are both from cali (where im from and live) but yeah i know brady is better aaron is just more ultimate with the mobility he has.

  • Anybody else think it's ironic that he's wearing #4? lol

  • Oh you'll be seein him...

  • Sounds just like Jason Segel

  • Check out the number on his jersey. (lol)

  • he looks like a stoner now even a little here

  • Uh, uh, uh, uh. How many Uh's where said?

  • Little did he know he was going to be the best quarterback in the NFL.

  • Nicolas Cage plays football?

  • what class!

  • There is a difference between confidence and arrogance. It's possible a few teams couldnt tell the difference on draft day.

  • Discount double check!

  • He's exactly the same today, always crediting others, same calm confidence regardless of the situation. Stay classy, Aaron.

  • @mseghers So what is it about Mike Nolan of the 49ers saying he didn't pick Rodgers due to potential ego clashes? I know Mike Nolan is a dick.

  • He'll never make it in the NFL.

    =p

  • He looks ten years younger in this video..

  • @flycentro123 no shit

  • @flycentro123 WONDER WHY......

  • @6969theperv Green Bay weather ages you...

  • @flycentro123 so does a 21 inch cock shoved up his ass

  • @6969theperv gay

  • @flycentro123 i see what you did there, and i like it

  • The middle portion of this interview (along with some clips from past games) was featured on ESPN's "E:60" program. It was posted at ESPN.com yesterday.

  • Dude he has such a bigger build now its insane

  • #12 is for clutch QBs like tom brady and aaron rodgers stop hating on the number .

  • pencil neck dork lewl

  • BEST QB IN THE GAME

  • that #4 has to be some kind of real life foreshadowing

  • his voice hasn't changed at all. hasn't gotten deeper or anything

  • Everyone knows the #4 ...at those days... to Aaron does not meant anything... Addicted 49rs fan! Does not like GB and Favre ...at those days... :) GO PACK GO!

  • uh uh uh and uh uh uh and uh

  • Go Lions!!!

  • "Good luck in your career"

    HAHAHA!!! WINNING!!!

  • GODgers>every other nfl qb

  • @godsboss24 hes the best in the game but hes not God

  • @pureebreeze im pretty sure he's god,trust me,i know these things.

  • Aaron chose #12 in the NFL because he has the potential to be 3x better than Favre. Then again, that's just speculation. =)

  • I know this is the most notable thing, but the irony is so thick you could cut it with a knife, eat it, and it would keep you full for a whole 3 days.

  • I think they teamed up for at least 25 umms

  • I FREAKIN LOVE HIM!!!!!! :)))))) <3

  • At first glance I thought he played for the Butte Hoodrunners

  • Okay, everyone. He wore the #4 in junior college. Please stop making a big deal out of it. I'm sure he did not mean for it to happen, but everyone keeps making a big deal about it.

And yes, John is wearing a Seinfeld T-shirt because he is a Seinfeld junkie.

  • ROFL HE HAS THE JERSEY NUMBER "4" l0l0l0l0

  • @dcenate2011

    Scary coincidences. Isn't it?

  • he looks the same haha

  • I like how he wore number 4 before he was even at a division 1 school and then replaced old number 4 in the NFL

  • i never understood why he wasnt highest rated qb in draf he was the man at cal!!!

  • Is that interviewer wearing a Seinfeld, "Hello Newman" t-shirt??

  • bj novak

  • he still sounds the same

  • Crazy, notice the uniform number.

  • for once i actually this this was indeed ......recorded with a tampon

  • lmao 4

  • Oh you'll see him further on in his career...

  • Look how skinny...oh my goodness...cutie!

  • Same old Aaron. Gives credit to the big guys. I guess that announcer was correct. The whole world has seen more of him further on in his career.

  • He reminds me of Steve Young not Favre.

  • He reminds me of Steve Young not Favre.

  • LOL!! HE SOUNDED LIKE ELVIS AT THE END "THANK YA VERY MUCH "

  • Amazing how even as a kid he even gave interviews as if he was a professional. They had to have known what they were witnessing.

  • LOL junior college:P

  • What I love about rodgers is he doesnt even know how good he really is.

  • Tom Brady, lifelong Niner fan who BEGGED the Niners to draft him, literally. Same for Aaron Rodgers. We decided we wanted Giovanni Carmazzi and Alex Smith instead. You never know how things will turn out and while I didn't know much about Brady I knew Aaron was better than Alex and that killed me at the time because I watched him pretty close at Cal.

  • @jpete3027666 same here, im a lifelong niner/cal bears fan and it still hurts to think what could of happened had we drafted aaron. but how ironic though that brady and rodgers, the 2 best quarterbacks (and arguably players) in the league are both norcal kids who grew up niners fans. even as an SF fan, i still root for these two.

  • Aaron is from Chico, my home town and is a well documented 49er fan, All the people who know/knew him will tell you. I believe he got stuck with #4 at Butte, but chose #8 at Cal in honor of Steve Young. Also, I am a life-long Packer fan...just FYI.

  • His interviews were just as boring then as they are now.

  • Pure class, to this day he always is deferring credit to the line, the WRs, or the coaching staff and game plan, humble! thats why hes a champ, leads by the example of hard work, not with his mouth

  • mcully culkin look alike

  • It's funny how he wore number 4 in college....little did he know that number would haunt him the rest of his life!

  • @gumbi8989 Haunt him? You do realize that without Favre, Rodgers probably wouldn't be where he is today.

  • @packers256 Favre never did anything to get Aarron ready he said it himself when he said he isn't there to teach he's there to play..Aarron learned just by watching

  • @Ym715ec "never did anything to get him ready" Favre was his mentor...what the hell are you talking about? And it's spelled Aaron.

  • @packers256 are you kidding me..favre might have been his mentor in some ways but never did anything to get him ready..Favre said it himself that he is there to play football not to teach others how to play the game, and if Aaron wanted to learn then he's just goona have to pick it up by watching..and read the comment made above the real mentor that taught him the the way is Steve Young

  • @Ym715ec Completely agree with you and you can tell by their quarterbacking styles that Rodgers is completely different from Favre. Rodgers keys more on timing routes and not taking chances while Favre was a gunslinger and would force passes when he felt like he could complete it.

  • @packers256 Credit Ted Thompson for Rodgers placement. not Bum Favre.

  • @tikkaman100 I credit them both, but Thompson more.

  • @packers256 wtf did farve do? aaron got to college by himself made it in nfl because he was good AND even without farve he would still be himself.....better then farve. beast quaterbacks come from cali!! including brady

  • @AnGeLoPwNs Why would anyone take you seriously if you can't even spell Favre's name correctly?

  • He's so much hotter now.

  • Coincidence is something media missing on a regular basis becuase it's in their control either way. Where all his children Mwahahahahahahahahahahah!

  • I do like the Newman tshirt that the interviewer was wearing...go packers

  • I think it's funny he is wearing #4...ironic

  • well, they saw him further on in his career alright, he just won the superbowl

  • The irony behind that number 4 is killing me

  • @AtotheJ4 Hilarious I was just thinking the same thing.

  • @AtotheJ4 he actually wore number 4 in honor of brett favre, i saw it in an interview during the super bowl i think.

  • @AtotheJ4 That isn't irony. Happenstance!

  • little did that guy know what he was saying when he said good luck later in your career. wow

  • You've got to be kidding me, wearing # 4 and it looks almost exactly like the Southern Miss Jerseys from when Favre was there. Wow, just Wow, how did ESPN's researchers miss that?

  • In a 2009 interview it was indicated Aaron took #4 at Butte because it was Favre's number.

  • oooh....that's why he doesn't get along with Favre.

  • Looking at him then compared to now, I thought in this video he would have a higher pitched voice but he sounds exactly the same lol.

  • i love how he sounds the same and says the same thing here as he does now :)

  • The irony! He built himself into a pro QB though he has dedication

  • haaa he was 4.

  • #4 wow haha
