If you kill Him instead of leaving fort frolic, when youre in his apartment at mercury suites, you cant disrupt the dancers and have him get mad at you, therefore not letting you get two 10G achievements (Irony and found cohens room) and a power to the people machine.

When he had his outburst, I tested out the electric trip wire ammo to the arrow gun for the first time, when it was done there was still some wires left. Later on, after Sander gave me my reward, I saw him start to walk off, but he was headed right towards one of the wires. I thought to myself "Since he's gonna attack me anyway, I might as well take the first shot". I pulled out my shotgun......waited.......he touched the electric trip wire.........I shot.........F@%K, HE'S A HOUDINI!

The reason it's an after effect of plasmids is...well really it's an after effect of Adam since in order to have enough Adam the Big Daddys and Little Sisters were sent out to "Recycle" by extracting Adam from corpses and the "Ghosts" as people call them are actually faded memories of those who died and had their Adam taken by the Little Sisters.
