well ive been on my official weight loss journey for over 6 years now, and Ive only lost 85 lbs . I already regained back about 15 lbs already. If most people knew it would take them as long as it was for me, they probably would never even try. I know I wouldnt have bothered. And Im still not even at my weight loss goal.
Just don't eat, it's not that hard. I don't get what u fat people's f@#%ing problem is. You don't hear of ethiopians saying "oh my god, no matter how starving to death I am, I'm still so goddamn fat!" I'm 29 yrs old and weigh 120 pounds, would kill someone for their fat! I force down so much food I wish I was fat so I could just stop eating! I CAN'T gain weight, U CAN lose weight! Don't be such a PIG. I wish I could trade stomachs with u people :(
@jingledial Thank you. I've heard the term, but didn't remember what it meant. I looked it up, got a bunch of good tips. Although, it does seem like i'm f@#% ed. There's no way I'm gonna be able to eat as much as they're asking.
Hello there! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my cooworker lost tons of weight with it.
I just finished week-1 of my own weight loss journey. The challenge is to lose 5lbs per week (this week I actually lost 6!) for 17 consecutive weeks. If you wanna see how Im doing it, my tips and advice, just view my channel. PS - this guy is PURE inspiration! Good luck with your weight loss journeys!
The part abt being scared to cancel ur gym membership got me!
I used 2b addicted 2d gym, believing dt without sweat and pain, dr was no way I would lose fat, so I pounded the treadmill and found myself using d gym as an excuse to eat more and more. (3) wasted years on, I found I'd lost & gained and I was 4lbs higher than my startin w8 wen I joind d gym.
I decided to cancel my membership, but it as oh so scary. Finally I did,now I ESE 4days a week and am building my confidence from scratch!
Nailed that Brad! I will be listening to this more than once. This is truth but never really said. Im a year into this thing- doing the fasts 2 times a week. Have to push the gym thing more and oh course the pizza. But truthfully as you have often said this is the only sane way to do it. I dont get fat comments anymore and feel great. Have a way to go tho.
@TheMaryTere I recommend doing HIIT on fasting days if your goal is rapid fat loss I have done this in the past and I can tell you it really burns fat fast! especially if you make your dinner of that day low carb consumed 1-2 hours after your HIIT workout (thats if your fasting from dinner to dinner) So fast until your HIIT workout and wait 1-2 hours after then have a low carb dinner e.g Steak or chicken breast or fish and a mega serving of green veges or salad! Try it, you wont be disappointed!
@klarkratu Thanks, klarkratu, but I guess I'll give my body a bit more time to adjust before trying HIIT on fasting days... I actually fast dinner to dinner and workout around 5-6 o clock with dinner around 7-8 but I'll be switching my cardio for interval. Not HIIT, but regular intervals for endurance, once I think I can handle HIIT I'll try again.
Luckily the program I got (turbofire) actually has a 9-week-prep for those who need some getting back in shape before diving into HIIT :)

Great pep talk!!
I started ESE 3-4 weeks ago and last week I started an exercise program (3 days resistance training, 2 days cardio, 1 day yoga, 1 day rest).
I did resistance ok, but this week I TRIED adding HIIT after my weights on a fast day and suddenly everything started to "fade to black".
I stopped HIIT and went straight to stretching, and now I'm almost terrified to try intervals on fasting days.
Will I get eventually used to it or should I try HIIT only on non-fasting days?
