LOL this is jokes, gotta add to favourites! Was thinking about getting this to make a music vid with, can you manipulate everything? Like background, clothes, face, car's etc?
Thanks. You can manipulate all aspects of the content in iClone. You'll need more content than the basics that come with v3. You can purchase content from RL (motions are necessary!) and get free content from various forums. You'll also want to buy 3DXchange so you can download/convert content from Google's Warehouse. DigitalJuice is selling iClone 3 Pro for 1/2 price and once registered you can get 3DXchange from RL as a add-on for a good price. It's great software and getting better!!!
Hey Massi, yes it is iClone 3 and it was done upon the initial release and it was a nightmare trying to make that simple clip, so pretty much nothing is precise. Great insight you've got there and see the flaws! Now that they've released the new patch 3.02, most of the problems are gone and it looks much better. I'll have some more stuff coming out soon and will look forward to your feedback/input!
Thanks Alley! This was done with the original release which was a total mess, but now things are MUCH better with the 3.02 patch. Thanks for the voices comment, that's me being a goofball... LOL!
Thanks Christy. Yeah, I was trying to do something that wasn't quite so "generic" and skip the music video thing for now. The next project will be a little better thought out and feature more of the v3 "bells & whistles" if I can figure out how they work! LOL!
You did a really good job with the timeline. It IS a bit of a mystery at first. That idle pose default and a that tricky perform track through me off the most...but I think I have the hang of it too.
I also came up with a few workarounds to compensate for the 2.5 conversion fiascos. I look forward to seeing what you do with it next!
5 stars.

Thanks. I chose the motions and then aligned the characters. It takes a little patience and manipulating, but the final result can look pretty real.
