Eh.. even though this was 10 months ago, I'll give you and whoever reads this my input: It's probably because she knows that for some reason you two can never be together, and her knowing that you had feelings for her made her upset.

It's possible she was moved; but more likely she was probably crying because she believed your words.. in her heart she knew she was not attracted to you and it would kill you, her tears were most likely more from pity sorry to say.
