yah right, we were on a flight back from hartford CT. we were delyed for 2 hours. when we got there they said, all the flights were delayed and we could get home or whereever we were going. they go through all of them saying that the ppl on the plane could make the flight. except refuse to tell the cancelled ones. 3 days on standby. bunch of shit. fuck american airlines.

a bad experience does not make them a horrible airline. i personally love american. theyre making some good changes, phasing out the md-80s, just ordered 40+ 737-800s, and have orders in for the new 787.

Just because of respect and all the discounts they got from boeing because of their gentlemen's contract, they wont get airbus aircraft. American, Delta and Continental mainline airlines are dedicated to a boeing only fleet. Note how this does not count their connection and express fleets

Honestly, I find UAL's flight attendants to be more courteous towards me. I've had the displeasure of flying AA a few times-never will again.

But I suppose people are kinder when they know you forked over thousands of dollars to fly their airline.

Cute commercial, but let's be realistic--AA is a pain. The crews I had between Dallas and ORD were absolute idiots. The FAs in this commercial are certainly more courteous than the ones I encountered. I had the unfortunate experience of encountering a couple of the pilots and FAs from this flight after it was over. They stuck to me like glue and just wouldn't go away. Julie insisted that I take her in and live with her so she can have nice things. Keep the commercial and keep the line.
