@burn2live Yeah i train at the PEC mate. I think i seen you around some times a while ago you're one strong mofo. Do you not train there anymore yourself?
@gwam69 Na man, I don't train in the PEC anymore. Too busy, too pricey and the equipment isn't maintained well enough imo. Their uneven platforms are where I first did my back. I train in The Gym Lisburn on Mon, St Gabriels on Wed and Sam's Gym Ballmoney on Fri, Centaur on Sat. Means I'm having to travel a lot more, but can access the equipment I need to be competitive :) Was considering maybe dropping into the PEC for a workout with a friend for old times sake sometime in the future though
