Oh - my - god! We had this today after dinner, because I got some beautiful goose- and blackberries (so I've made "rosted goose-and blackyberries crunch"). I reduced the almonds and added some wheat bran - totally delicious. I mean - seriously - this is it. This is my favorite dessert from now on! THANK YOU!
Almost all the cooking channels that I subscribe to are submitting their videos to the Food Network-what about You? I really think You should submit one of Your vids. You have the appeal, the skill, and the recipes. Even the show title, "Quick Bites," is a winner. Let's face it, the FN caters to home cooks all across America, and Your recipes are very accessible, never too complicated, and fast. Perfect.
