i didn't film this part off a tv. i have the movie on dvd so i was recording off a protable dvd player. that's why there are no lines. there also aren't any lines if you record off a computer. it's just on tvs.

I taped this movie on VHS. Then, I used to watch the movie and stop recording during the commercials, then start again when it came back on. Now I just let it go straight through so I don't miss a few seconds, and just fast forward through the commercials. But I still love watching my old tape. It's in good condition too. :)

yeah. i always wanted them to make a second one where he comes back and everything but it's like years later and everything has changed. i think it would be awsome. and people seem a little more accepting to these types of movies now a days. Aquamarine is a good one. The tail reminds me of the one on H2O: Just add water. It's kinda cheesy though! Nothin like the book. Anywho, thanks so much for the comment! I can remember when this movie came out, it was back when I was thoroughly obsessed with the idea of being a mermaid. In fact, I still am. This movie is fantastic for a made-for-TV film, and continues to be my favorite Disney Channel Movie of all time.

yeah, they could have done the top a little better. i'm suprised how scimpy it is for a disney movie. and the tail when she kicks underwter you can see her knees. other than that it's one of the best tails i've ever seen. i like it alot better than the ones they use for h2o. my favorite tail of all time is madison's from splash, the first one. best one i've seen so far.

i know exactly how you feel. i'm always afraid to let people figure out about my passion. i love splash and aquamarine and own both. sabrina down under is a good one, own it, the little mermaid, any version, i own the disney one and two, mr. peabody and the mermaid, good luck finding a copy, miranda, good luck, mermaids (pax tv movie, can be found on here check my account), disney's ring of endless light has mermaid scenes in it. magic island has a mermaid. and there's one in europe, i forget :P
