i know someone that crashed an 04 at 104 mph, the passenger walked away, and the reason he lived is because of the build quality. This car is in no way cheaply made. I don't mean to call you out on this but what are your qualifications to rip on this so much. sorry i take this so personally but so many of my friends lives have been saved by subarus.
The air scoop is VERY functional, not a "bit functional". The spoiler on the other hand is only effective at very high speeds, and even then it's not as effective as many aftermarket spoilers. I would like to point out that MANY people have rolled these cars and walked away without a scratch! The B pillar in this car is actually VERY well built, and I have yet to hear of someone having a rollover and the roof caving in! You are right about the build quality though, it's relatively low.

Dude, your totally baggin on my car! haha, Im only 5'10" and i fit in the seats just fine, and fyi the seats are not a knock off recaro seat, they actually are a recaro seat, just not as good of a seat as the ones in the evos. I've come to learn 1 thing tho, you either hate sti's or you love them. I love them, It is a bumpy ride, but I live with it...but keep up the vids and hopefully one day you too will start to fall in love with the sti...
Your too picky. I think the WRX is charming. It's not a sophisticated or well built as my GTI. It's not snug or especially comfortable. But goddam is it fast! And it will eat a dirt road better than almost anything else out there.

you're complaining about the B pillar? have you even tried rolling the WRX? you don't think Subaru have thought that far ahead?
and you mention the interior hasnt even been painted? you looked inside a real WRC car lately? its so obvious from this review that you're trying to compare a Euro car that costs twice as much as the Sti for the same performance. look at what it is. its rally inspired, its japanese, and its built to a price. now go back and write your review again.
Hey Drewll, totally happy to hear that the B pillar functioned as it should. In my personal opinion the car could be a little thicker... especially for a rally car. I noted in the video the build and drive fit perfect for the price, but you must not have watched the car driving review, and I have obviously looked at one lately. Sorry to insult your ride bro, great car just had to share MY thoughts. Let me know where you think I can improve.

hey i was using the mazda 3 as a design comparison, and I understand the function of the air scoop its just overly done in my opinion.
I drive a 2008 Audi (not that it matters)

If I remember correctly, Michael also mentioned the pillar in regards to getting T-boned in the car and the B pillar being on the smaller side.
