Most Knights did not have long hair. At least not in battle. If you had long hair like that it will get pulled in battle or in a fight... They had more close to high or low fade haircuts...

@silksylvenstein Now throwing in my two cents, after the Norman Conquest of England there were Norman knights adopting the Saxon style of wearing their hair long, although later artwork shown in an article called "Getting Punchy" (about wrestling vs boxing in knightly unarmed combat) by ARMA shows close-styled hair apparently to make wearing a helmet more convenient. So it looks like the hairstyle on knights did not follow a single pattern, besides, wearing a helmet stops most hair-pulling.

@xtcarnage15586 Hey these guys/gals live and work in GERMANY AND AUSTRIA so I think they have a right to speak GERMAN/Tyrolean on these pages, maybe it is you who should learn more than just English as I am trying to do at the moment, also being rude to these people will make them speak to you LESS in English which the majority of them know fairly well, what would you do if they told you to speak German on your videos? Also before you rip a language you cant read you should improve your own.

@xtcarnage15586 Oh how you need an education that wasn't supplied by public schools, English is only the 3rd most used language behind Spanish and Mandarin (Chinese) so just because you and I speak English doesn't mean its superior or better than any other for every language has its good and bad parts. Also English is descended from the Germanic languages so you can be happy that German existed or you wouldn't be speaking English right now. Again just remember were not the only ones here.

@xtcarnage15586 Let me restate what I said, this video was posted on the GERMAN youtube NOT the American youtube so it IS a GERMAN video so ALL of these people here can ask YOU to speak GERMAN because they do. The other reasons its all in German is 1. It was filmed in Germany 2. Thats the national language of Germany and Austria (Austria is where this group is based) 3. There customers who view these pages probably only speak German. So again German youtube, German speakers, German language.

@xtcarnage15586 Well since they live in Germany/Austria and watching it on GERMAN Youtube they also have the right to suggest you speak German since it is their video. And you don't have to lecture me on me rights as an American, I know plenty well the rights afforded to us as Americans and exercise them as often as possible or we lose them. As a side note what if they don't know English? What then? It puts them in the same boat as you since you don't know German obviously.

Ein kleiner Tipp:

Versucht mal nicht mit Schneide auf Schneide zu parieren!

Erstens leben dann die Schwerter länger und zweitens klingt es schöner :)

Unsere Schwerter sind gut, kämpfe seit Jahren mit denselben beiden in Trainings und Shows, leben immer noch. Der Klang.....den hört man im Video doch gar nicht :P........zugucken kommen! ;)

Schön mal ein paar Schaukämpfer zu sehen die mal was drauf haben :) Schönes Video, schöne Choreos und sehr schön azusehende Nahkampfszenen mit schönen Würfen. Zwei Kritikpunkte hätte ich aber unter all dem Lob noch: 1. Zuviel gedrehe, das wirkt irgendwie... naja. 2. Zuviele Pausen zwischen den einzelnen Aufeinandertreffen. Ihr nehmt immer wieder Geschwindigkeit raus, das zieht das Gesamtbild etwas runter. Ich freue mich auf mehr!

Das war mein erster Versuch mit WintendoMovieFaker was zu machen und da wir verschiedene Stile anbieten, Mittelalter und Neuzeitkämpfe (z.b. auch mit Lichtschwertern), gefiel mir die Idee, etwas mit Alt-Effekt und dann "in Farbe, das heutige: wie es in der show ist" zu spielen.

Im Prinzip verbinden wir ja Altes mit Neuem, und meine Unwissenheit mit dem Programm bzw. das Programm selbst gibt nicht so viel mehr Brauchbares her;)

Bis auf Zeitlupe und Sepia wurde aber nix verwendet:)

Danke. Die Gruppe wird auf Schaukampf trainiert. Es sind 4 Personen der Kämpfer seit Jahren jedoch Kampfkünstler (bis zu 14 Jahren). ;)
