i have just done a few songs in a recording studio where i paid for the session at the end of the session,i got a recordable cd with the tracks on it. is that cd the master tape? if not can i claim it off of the studio?can i go ahead with pursuing a career with the tracks and do shows and stuff please help.

With the media explosion at such a fast pace level, negotiations are based on that. the accessibility of obtaining tracks at rock bottom prices, if not for free. credentials, work ethic, and marketability tend to come first before the actual quality of the work (sometimes)...but i like this, its insightful
