@geckorus10 all children were not killed. They grew up to become the adult citizens that are today. After black mesas failiure, the combine quickly came and took things over. arround 20 years or more passed until freeman was let out of his stasis. With the field up, they couldn't mate and give birth to any children, therefore are there no children in Hl2.

i know how to pull a glitch in this game. its in the very beginning. (before Gman talks to you) at the part when you see half-life 2 on your screen you need to have sv_cheats 1 on. just type in console "impulse 101" then type in "ent_fire gman ignite" then type in "ent_fire citizen_train 1 ignite" then change the 1 to a 2 ( do this quick) then you should crash the train your on at the beginning of half life 2! :D its fun because you can leave the map and go into places you shouldn't be able to.
