there is 2 things bad about using snd_restart...

1. it resets ur pool memory wich will couse some lagg to ppl in future.

2. and it unlocks the codes and u will get No Steam Logon a lot. ive tried it several times and it does that and i needed to reinstall hole cs:s.

but hey if you wanna use it and show ppl u can dodge flashes u self with ur own skills, so be my quest use it...

tbh i think 90% of ppl in css prefer fair play!

This is so old. Yes, snd_restart will remove the flash. The command is there for restarting the sound, but it also restart the current frame by doing so, basically the whole CSS freeze for 0.3 seconds and your not flashed anymore when it starts up.

And yes, neither sv_cheats nor zblock stops this. You must use it right tho, because if you do it wrong the flash wont go away.

this is bullshit , that dude just cut the video , and even if it could be done , sv_cheats enabled is shown in the chat by zblock , there is no way to stop that.And again , if you sv_cheats , there are far greater cheats than this , you could use wallhack from the console with r_draw and im not gonna say the rest.

its not necessarily anti flash, since it just lags through the time when the flash is occurring, its only a spike, it still will have the same effect if the person runs in and sees you standing still because you lagged yourself hes gonna shoot you just like he would have shot before
