Go on free play while you're playing as nightwing/robin on that level, get the robot out of the dance floor so the civilians start dancing. Then activate the Ice Rink extra and back flip. He should be dancing by backflipping in one place.

I finished the "good" side but got tired of playing the "bad" side so I took the game back.

Nevermind, I beat it; to beat Two-Face's armoured truck you have to shoot him down and used the Batmobile's wench/cord to grab it and take it into the yellow Batman light.
