FIVE. Same deal too... all warranty replacements (first one replaced my HTC TyTN/8525), and all restarting randomly, dropping calls, and all have speakers that go out (not the earpiece). It always gets to the point where I can't even hear my phone ringing if there's like.. any noise around me (even on maxed settings).
