1) How can Mr. Cash say that he cherishes the freedom to burn a flag if he wants a law against it?

2) How can Mr. Cash say that it doesn't matter if we were wrong or right going into Vietnam?

Subject was not Vietnam - The subject was American Freedoms and the support of those fighting for them. To express a feeling that there should be a law that prevents burning the flag and support the fact that it can be done is not contradictory.
