This is so weird... I never knew the sedan's were this slow, my 06 coupe makes my friends rsx look like a complete joke. I'm usually a ridiculous amount of car length's ahead of him on the highway. Sedan is lighter too and uses the atessa AWD off the skyline GT-R's.

i had a 04 G35x when it first came out and believe me that shit is fast. An RSX s wouldnt make the G break a sweat. I took out Mustang GTs Chargers and GTOs easily with a 4door luxury sedan and laughed while doing so.

the rsx wouldve had the g35 if the rsx driver only knew how to drive and shift faster. g35's may be v6's but theyre still slow as hell and heavy like a mofo. i have a rsx and i eat up g35's and 350z's anyday.

@JC25 good joke, rsx's and civic si's are slow as hell, and that's a fact. you're a high 14 AT BEST with a damn good driver. my auto sedan pulls bolt-on rsx's and si's harder than the g35 in this video. not to mention that half of you can't drive and get straight embarrassed down the 1/4mi. i run a 13.90@101+, it would take I/H/E and KPro, or whatever the hell you wanna throw on, to keep up. news flash, my g35 weighs about 3350, and there 350z's lighter than mine.

G35 coupe puts down 220-230whp, being AWD and auto you are no more then 210 ....with more weight + slugish auto = not that fast.

RSX-s with I/H/E puts down around 195whp untuned

I think i see why the G35 is slow. Its a G35X meening its all wheel drive! The drivetrain loss on those things is really bad! Plus they are 340lbs heavier than the normal RWD models.

The 04 G's only had 260hp at the crank. Take about 20% off b/c of AWD and you get about 208 at the wheels in a heavy ass car.

I can only hope these runs were done before the car was tuned. If it was tuned..........then ya your car is slooooow.

I would think that the G35 is pulling away, cuz the RSX lacks torque. You can clearly here the RSX is at WOT, so shifting has nuthing to do with it there. lol. RSX gets him at the jump because of lighter weight, but looses topend to the G because the G has more power and torque.
