On some days when you do your strength training to imrpove your vertical make sure to do heavy weights. And then on some days do plyometric exercises such as jump squats, tuck jumps and box jumps and make sure to have a good diet. Hope that helps.

It was not a versus to me, this mix show how those teams broke limits in dunking since 1990.
