It won't be released. It was just a AI test for "The Confidential Project" (see other video's)

No, this is his own map...the map Wasteland is probably and most likely based off the multiplayer map Brecourt, with a central trench system and hedgerowns/bushes that divide the map basically into two sections...in MW2, IW added more flair, but it is basically still the same exact layout...
