I'll admit, I did open the door (as you can see in the video) and I could see why you might consider that an infraction, but my body never intruded into the building, which seems to be the legal definition in question.

and also the legal definition in question isnt intruding a building its trespassing, which when you refused to leave the property you were doing! if you had been in my place of employment and were refusing to leave the property i would have just beat the crap out of you. so i would say you got off light.
The "tool" you're referring to was there with me but didn't do anything besides being in the wrong place at the wrong time. He never entered the restaurant, never even spoke with the officers before being arrested, and was released shortly after he arrived at the station. Obviously you don't know the whole story, but thanks for the comments nonetheless.

if you are asked to leave private property you must leave. opening the door to a business you are asked to leave is still trespassing! just because you dont enter doesnt mean you are no violating the law. you were asked to leave and you didnt, therefore you were arrested. get over it and look for a new place to work, moron!

And u think that being asked not to shoot in the store by the manager AND cops but doing it anyways is complying with their request?? oh yeah not to mention u resisted them... smart guy jason. besidestss... havnt u heard of peircing retainerstss??

I didn't shoot in the store nor did I enter the store after the cops got there, but if you were there I'd love a witness statement from you too.
I've heard of piercing retainers, but what are the devices you're mentioning?
