I would like to find out if anybody noticed of DietOramy weight-reduction plan plan (google for more info)? I've learned of about it from a friend who burned a great deal of surplus fat, however he is a little like a freak, so is there anybody typical out there ;) to help confirm the particular capability of this healthy eating plan regime?
i can lose 5 pounds just by taking a shit. you people need to understand that to lose weight, you need to use as many muscles in your body as possible in the course of the week to create a calorie deficit. no need to diet. build muscles. stupid people.

i heard its more of a water weight diet. it worked ONCE for me. its a harsh diet but its not too bad but after i tried it 2 more times... kinda didnt work lol
You should check how many inches you lost. I only lost 5 pounds when I did it, but what really made a difference was the inches. I lost an inch (which made a big difference, even though it doesn't seem like it would) off each thigh, my stomach, and hips! And those are my problem areas-yay!
@karamelkutie203 Congrats! Did you do it as the description says? And then did you go back and eat normally? sorry for the questions but I've been reading about this and so many people say that they don't lose any and if they do they gain it back after...I don't know if it's worth it thanks :)

And I also found, the more you do it the less pounds you lose. The second time I did it I lost nothing. The third time I cheated and also lost nothing.

I heard the quiktrim 14 day diet works magic as long as u stick to it take the pills and exercise I am going 2 do it I want 2 start out with a colon cleanse they say that is the best way to jump start any weight loss plans they say u literally can't lose weight if u full od s**t
